Requesting a home visit

House calls or home visits will only be made for terminally ill or housebound patients only.

The doctor will decide the appropriateness of home visit requests and if a home consultation will take place.

Remember, the Doctor can see five patients at the surgery in the time it takes to attend one home visit. Please use the service responsibly.
